Age creeps up.

One morning, you hardly recognize yourself in the mirror. Still run up steps two at a time, but you're winded doing it. Surprised every time you take an afternoon nap? It may be time to admit you need a nap every day.
You grow, mature, your body begins to decline. Eating helped you grow strong. Gym three times a week kept your mature body tight. In age, you still have a role to play to keep yourself strong on the long road down.

Time to learn a new role.
